God Bless the staff & how they managed our service. Andrea, Maddox, & Daniel were so kind and attentive to me & my family, I am truly grateful for the care they gave my brother.
Their communication was horrible. Alot of saying one thing one moment and saying another the next. They made my mother look disfigured like they attempted to make her smile. Very upsetting, my whole family was upset. The actual service was nice, just terrible customer service doing a time when a family is grieving.
