Where do I start on the horrible experience I had? First of all it shouldn't take 4 hours to complete a car deal. The back and forth was ridiculous I was very forthcoming that I would refuse any add-ons but I was brought significant paperwork that had to be changed over and over again wasting my time with add-ons and incorrect trade value. I was told that they were going to give me 18.500 on my trade, after setting for 4 hours finally was allowed into Chris's office where he badgered me about a warranty... At first glance, Mark Auto Group feels like the kind of dealership you’d brag about finding — shiny lots, friendly smiles, and the promise of great deals.
