Nice and quite. Parking is a nightmare after 4pm and maintenance can be hit or miss at times but, overall a great place to live.
Comfortable place to live, which you can call a home.
Been living here for almost a year now and I love it. It's quiet, clean, no parking problems, close to freeway and easy access to just about anything. Never had a problem with maintenance requests. Gated parking. Laundry room is always clean. No complaints. We moved in during remodeling with everything brand new. Quiet neighbors. We got pretty lucky!
