We LOVE Mark Areias Jewelers in both Aptos and Carmel! My wife and I both got our wedding rings here... 25 years ago! He had his custom made and it still looks amazing. My wife chose her ring from their estate collection at the time. It was simple and beautiful and in our budget at the time but she always imagined building it up at some point. Cannot recommend enough! I recently had a custom ring made at Mark Areias Jewelers in Aptos. I worked very closely with the staff to have the ring designed and made perfectly. I love the final product and overall it was completed in a timely manner. Thank you MA team.
Went in to have my Jewelry analyzed and see how much it could be worth. Needless to say, they were no help at all. All they told me was that my things were real gold and real diamonds, but that they couldn’t take it since the quality wasn’t the best. So then, I said “thank you! I understand but what would you guys price this since everything is real and not lab grown” and they said “we don’t know” how are you guys a jeweler and don’t even know the value of gold and diamonds? I’m going to have to visit again and see if I get different results. I brought 3 items to be fixed and sized. They said they could not do any of them.
