Dr. Allard and his staff were disgustingly rude and unprofessional. My son is 21 years old and has barely any cartilage if any left in both of his knees. Hes already had cartilage surgeries where a good professional surgeon in Little Rock did the operations 3 years ago when my son was only 18. The cartilage again has disintegrated and he NEEDS knee replacements. My son's surgeon in Little Rock even had said he would need the replacements soon. Well. He broke the scaffoid. 6 weeks in a cast. Sigh.
I fractured my humerous and rupptured bursa sac in my right arm due to a fall. His office staff was very friendly, and Dr. allard could not have been any more friendly, and he explained my injuries and he seemed to be very empathetic about my pain. His nurse went beyond her duty by telling me i had been taking my medication wrongly, and she was very helpful and let me ask her every question i had. I am glad i was referred to him and highly recommend him.
I found Allard to be condescending and uncongenial. He displayed a dismissive attitude upon hearing the history of the problem I went to see him about. He was particularly snide about the comments and determinations of other orthopedic surgeons I had consulted. I would not entrust my body to his care under any circumstances. A doctor with as little empathy as I received from Allard should not be considered for caring for your orthopedic needs. There are far better surgeons available.
