The Serpentine Partners Desk and chairs are stunning. Would have no hesitation in using Mark and his team again.
We were looking for an Art Deco console and were lucky enough to land on Mark Alexander's website. The whole process from selection, to design, to manufacture and delivery was perfect and we are delighted with the end result as it fits beautifully into our entrance alcove. Mark first impressed us as not just artistic, but also respectful & honest. He took the time to meet with us on several occasions. Thank you Mark Alexander for our incredibly beautiful sofas. We wanted something unique and took the chance, as we’re on the Sunshine Coast and Mark is in Melbourne - so our first look (apart from emailed photos throughout the process) was when the sofas arrived in our home - and they are perfect! We remained very confident during the process with consistent communication from Mark (& Vicki) and are very grateful for his talent of design and workmanship to create stunning sofas for our home. Website claims that "Custom lighting individually designed and made by Mark Alexander Design for an uncompromising result" However as a lighting conservator/expert in my field, I can tell you that none of these lights have been personally designed as stated - The 'Large Black Crystal chandelier' is nothing more than a Marie Therese fresh of the boat - The "Florentine Glass Chandelier" is just a cheap rip off of the "Baccarat Mille Nuits Chandelier" - Nothing more than an overpriced shop of replicas....
