Extremely Disruptive and Irresponsible Builder While we are not direct customers of Mark Adler Homes, we live directly behind one of their builds—and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since construction began, the builder has elevated the grade of the new home well above ours, resulting in severe runoff issues every time it rains.
