It hurts my heart when people write negative remarks about Doc Williams or his staff! A few years back I ask the girls up front how many patients they had at the time and her answer was "over 22,000 charts at this time". How can anyone write a hurtful review? I once ask doc " why don't you raise your prices, it would cut your work load in half." His reply "I'm not here for the money, I just want everyone to take care of their pets". The 5 star rating is for Doc Williams! The staff is not good at all. I can never get through by phone and usually have to drive up there to even make an appointment. You can hear the phone ringing when you go in and they will only answer a few calls. How unprofessional is this!!!Most of them are rude, don't think the Doc would approve. How sad!
Dr Williams has always been an amazing Vet and all of my sisters and friends animals go to him. His staff is lacking. Do not use this Vet for anything emergent. Our Dog has a deep laceration, which has to be stapled within 24hrs) and he told his not to call and make an appt to be there this morning and he was staple her. The receptionist sent him home and told the boys they didn't have an appt and our dog could be seen tomorrow which she can't. I have 2 Yorkies that have been going to BALD KNOB VETERINARY for the last 3 years. My smallest dog developed a problem and was acting strange. I took her to see the Vet in Bald Knob and I was told that there was nothing wrong with my dog and was handed a bill for 200.00 for absolutely nothing. She kept having problems so I took her to WATSON CREEK VETERINARY. I didn’t have an appointment but they took her right in. Very good doctor. Knows his stuff about animals. The staff is very helpful also. They work with you and give you good advice about the care and welfare of your pets.
