Dr Vitale is very kind and gentle and puts you at ease when you go to his office. However, he is retired now and recently I was introduced to the new Dentist Ms. Brittany and it has not been a pleasant visit. She was curt and pressured me to take dental x rays saying she needs to see it to know if anything is wrong. What happened to the training of good old days when dentists could see cavities and gum issues without having to see x rays? After covid, the front desk is absolutely awful. Canceled appointments, hundreds of dollars for x-rays for the dentist not even to follow back. Lady in front desk is the issue. She's a moron.
Super friendly staff, the dentist (Dr. Vitale for me) was professional and seemed to know his stuff.
