I saw Dr Lopez in Dr Shaye’s office for suture removal. Area involved was my nose and cheek. I was unusually concerned about pain. He was awesome! More than a little pinch but he kept telling me I was doing great and then it was done.

I’m an utterly disappointed with what used to be a highly reputable institution. It’s clear that this entity doesn’t have the best interest of its patients. They don’t believe their patients and are willing to defer patient suffering in order to earn more money from additional visits. Misdiagnoses happen and that’s okay, no one is perfect. But when the management team turns a blind eye to them, doesn’t listen to patients, and still charges patients for visits that resulted in wrong or incomplete diagnosis, it’s clear this ma... read more
