Great experience. From the friendly woman that scheduled my appointment to the quick repair of my appliance by Mark.
Mark has helped us out a few times with our refrigerators. Nancy handles scheduling and is very nice to speak with. Mark is professional, on time, and most importantly, he's honest. I wouldn't call anyone else.
Mark is such a nice and friendly guy. Called him on Wednesday regarding my dryer, and he came on Friday. Fixed the issue right away. Very reasonable. Definitely recommend him.
