I was greeted by the prep nurse “Lisa”. Lisa was like a breath of fresh air. She was very friendly, attentive explaining everything as she went along. I have never experienced such perfect exceptional care. Lisa is a real gem. She actually made me feel joyful about preparing for a colonoscopy. Dr Meyer was very good as well. Really amazing that he can maintain such a wonderful, personable attitude while have such a heavy workload. Condos to SSM
