I would definitely recommend Dr. Mark Meier to family and friends. He just recently performed a heart catheterization for me that I needed to have done. While doing it he discovered that one of my arteries had a blockage so he also placed a stent in the artery. Before having my procedure done, a few of my friends who had family members treated by him told me that he was one of the best in his field and that I was in excellent hands which help put me at ease. Will not return
I would not recommend Mark Meier to anyone. He is not tuned in to his clients. He thinks superficially, and he's nothing more than a technician. Would not make himself available, even through a prescription re-order, which I desperately needed. He refused to take me seriously when a generic version had made me ill for six months. He has forgotten the Hippocratic Oath: Do no harm.
Very intelligent and follow up is great. I owe him my life twice!! I have had other heart specialist but never felt the trust as I do with dr. Meier!
After suffering a recent heart attack, Dr Meier was on call, and preformed the procedure to open the arteries to insert 2 stints. I will forever be grateful to the wonder Cardio doctors in this group. Dr Meier’s technique of going through the grion left me without bruising, Amazing! I was comforted by the nursing staff, that this is the “doctor” you want when you need this done! A very talented doctor! Thank God that Dr Meier chose this as his career, and that we have him here in Fort Wayne!
