The staff and assistants are very thoughtful and kind here. I appreciate this because I'm a tough patient who is very sensitive to pain. Dr. Maltby was extremely gentle and went out of his way to to make me feel comfortable during the visit. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend this practice to everyone.
Great office staff and hygienists. I felt like the dentist was trying to upsell me for a few things. My husband got the same feeling after his appointment.Anyone else feel like this? I’m a fairly new patient so…
Dr Maltby & all staff I've encountered perform their services marvelously, with open dialogue/feedback as well as clear details/instructions. Everyone is Sweet & Delightful as well as Helpful!! I'm a new patient & beyond grateful for choosing this Awesome Dentist!!
After having a scan done, tech told m the doc would be in shortly to see me…. waited 1/2 hour, & no doc to be seen! Not sure he was even in building! What a waste if time for me and for my friend who drove me to the office!
