A "Legal Account Coordinator" for this firm sent a collections email against my company. There were multiple issues with this. One, they included multiple email addresses for people that have NO ties to my company. Second, our representative for their client, they allegedly represent, shows NO past due balance owed by my company. I set a payment plan with a Mrs. R**** All conversations recorded. Go into court. Mrs R*** say the person in court will have the paperwork for me and my daughter to sign. Well to say no arbitration meeting all court dates vacated because someone went into court before. The vin number on the paper filed doesn't match mine. Garnishment filed in a pandemic.

This company has done nothing but play games. Every time I showed up for court I was informed by the clerks that I had already missed the court date that was changed. They have done nothing but lie to me, fail to send me information that I had to get directly from the courts, misfiled paperwork and charged me for their correction, and now have started garnishing my bank account without my knowledge instead I was informed by my bank.
