We have been a client of State Farm and Mark Hardin for 7 years. The customer service we receive from Michelle is hands down the BEST! She is informative, helpful, and the sweetest person. Mark Hardin she is a blessing to you and us!
I have been a customer for over 10 years and have had no problems. Michelle is a sweetheart. She is very friendly and most helpful. She is an asset to Mr. Hardin's business. Nice people.
The folks in the office were helpful but state farm and mark hardin are the worst! Mark talked us in to dropping our AAA service to add roadside with State Farm. We used the service several times and then they dropped us. We were told it was bc we used the service too many times which is the same as too many claims. State Farm has dropped others we know as well just for using the insurance. Find something else!
Terrible experience with State Farm. And Mark is just as bad if not worse! Look elsewhere!
