The folks in the office were helpful but state farm and mark hardin are the worst! Mark talked us in to dropping our AAA service to add roadside with State Farm. We used the service several times and then they dropped us. We were told it was bc we used the service too many times which is the same as too many claims. State Farm has dropped others we know as well just for using the insurance. Find something else!
