Fantastic experience start to finish. Excellent care. Previous to my visit to Dr. Gonce, I had a terrible experience with a rude, dismissive doctor at another clinic in the Pantops area, Horizon; Not knowing what to expect since it was my first ever eye exam, he disregarded my sensitivity to bright light due to a severe PTSD response it caused, (despite my explaining this before the exam even began); so I was very nervous to have my eyes examined again--fearful almost.
