Mark A Douglas is a complete con artist. He advised my ex husband to file vawa and committed immigration fraud. He advised his clients to say they are being mentally abuse and send them to a mental health specialist pay them to write fake mental evaluation to get their green card through vawa if they can submit and police reports.
