Dr. Couch listened. Always. He was thorough and treated me with respect. My hope now is that I can find a doctor as caring and compassionate as he was. I was lucky to have him as a physician for 30 years.
I was a patient of doctor couch for 20 years and lost him over 40 dollars when he was always understanding and helpful in past over my struggles now I wont see a new doctor till February I'm running out of medication and when I called to see if he could see me just 1 more time since he said he would make sure I had medication to get me through the time of getting a new doctor they got real snotty with me and I'm scared I will end up losing my job on top of losing my family doctor over 40 dollars
My doctor left PriMed and went to another provider that doesn’t take my insurance. PriMed transferred records without checking to see if the new provider accepted my insurance. When I tried to get a prescription medicine refilled Donna (receptionist?) was more interested in arguing about whose job it was to check if the new provider accepted my insurance rather than getting my prescription refilled. I don’t want to quarrel but I do need my meds refilled.
Dr. Couch is a very professional, knowledgeable, and caring physician. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
I have been seeing Dr. Couch for almost 7 year's. An excellent physician I would recommend to anyone. He has helped me tremendously. Dr. Couch is very knowledgeable and professional.
