Performed DOT physical and also did an ear cleaning. Mailed all paperwork to DOT for me and was very professional and nice. Will use Dr. Cassellius in future. Great place.
Horrible condescending human. Do not go anywhere near this "doctor" or clinic.
Went for a work drug screening. Same as the other comments in rudeness. I mistakenly flushed the toilet after providing a sample and he burst into the bathroom. I apologized and offered to provide another sample and he just insisted that he had to mark the form as flushed as if I was up to no good. Three weeks later still no results and his office assistant could even find me in the system to give me an expected date for the results. Just told they are not ready yet.
Oblivious condescension. Seems to mean well, but it was obvious why many have had issues here.
Went in for a new employee drug screening. Dr. Cassellius was very polite and gave instructions well! Was in and out in 10 minutes. The waiting room was really nice too.
