VERY knowledgeable, yet part of a dying breed: the FAMILY doctor. His quirky, dry sense of humor is disarming, once accustomed, most patients develop a confident trust in him. His staff is helpful, competent, kind & loyal. (He once gave his staff an afternoon off: the Cleveland Indians were at home, so he bought tickets for everyone & their family, borrowed a big van, and what might have been a boring in-service day became a truly fun team-building event!) Dr. Bigler is a tier-1 physician.
