BEWARE - Run from this place. – This place is a joke. Not only are they going to charge you $85 for the service call. They are going to charge you $45 for a diagnostic test? WTF? Then they charged me $70 for a used sensor pack that actually failed once the tub got up to temperature. I than replaced their used, corroded, greases covered sensor pack with the originally one and than diagnosed the problem myself. This place is a shady business, which represent used parts as new. good service – Tub was leaking. I called the manf. out first and they said that I needed new tub and not to bother fixing my spa. 8000.00 is alot of money to me. Called another company no one called me back. My buddy said try his company so I called Mark 5 spas. Very freindly and they found broken jet assembly. Tech told me this is all he could see as of right now due to it leaking so bad. We can fix spa and run tub and go from here . Mark 5 fixed my spa and I have had no problem as of today. Would recomend them to everyone.

TUB UP AND RUNNING EXCELLIANT SERVICE REASONABLE PRICE – MY TUB WAS LEAKING BADLEY MY NEIGHBOR SAID TO CALL MARK 5 SPA REPAIR , ( after reading the other review I said I dont think so ) BUT HE CONVINCED ME SO I CALL, THE LADY ANSWERED WAS POLITE AND TOOK MY INFORMATION SET UP A DIAGNOSTIC DATE . THE MAN CAME OUT ,WAS ON TIME AND NICE ,WROTE DOWN ALL HE COULD FIND WRONG GIVING ME THE COST OF THE PART'S AND APROXAMATE LABOR CHG. TERRIBLE! – The absolute WORST service ever! I highly recommend finding someone, ANYONE else to service your hot tub! You will pay for a so-called "diagnostic" only to find there are many other things supposedly wrong or needing replacement after original service call, even though the diagnostic didn't show it! Trust me, save your money, go elsewhere!!!
