I’ve lived in several apartment complexes in the United States, and without a doubt, this has been the best one. The apartment complex is exceptionally clean, quiet, and very safe. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding management team and the respect and professionalism they show every resident. I would especially like to recognize Austen. Alicia was very helpful with all my questions the floor plan she showed me was super nice the atmosphere of the area was quite warm and welcoming the property looks well kept I can’t wait to lease my Apartment with them

Falls on Clearwood Apartments are very nice clean quiet and the Floor Plans Alicia showed me were nice, she was very polite and helped me out with all my questions I’m looking forward to leasing there soon

Pretty chill property. Some good upgrades and management is responsive. Place is nice but is on the older side. Only thing is that the basketball/soccer courts have pretty inconsistent times to the sign. My only complaint is that it’s never open on the weekends whenever I’m actually free to play.
