Dr. Wells takes time to talk to you. She reviews your history, listens to your symptoms, and discusses care options. She has been my doctor for 15 years. I am sad that I have to move away, and hope I can find such a good doctor at my new city.
Very disappointed with Dr. Marjorie Lynn Wells and Sage Primary Care. I have repeatedly struggled to get responses, follow-up, or properly completed paperwork from Dr. Wells and her office. Most recently, she failed to fill out my LIEAP (energy assistance) paperwork correctly, which caused my application to be denied and left me without help while applications were closed due to the government shutdown. I am so disappointed - I have been a patient and friend with Dr. Wells for well over 20 years. I haven't been able to get into see her for the last couple years so have had to see someone else to renew my medication. So now trying to get in again to get prescription renewed and now I am considered a new patient and she isn't taking new patients. So what is the point in having a personal connection with your doctor when they aren't available to you.
