This facility is very disappointing and incredibly difficult to work with. I have had to go back and forth with them three times over the past 1.5 years just to have an opportunity to have a follow-up exam completed that was recommended by one of their radiologist. I do not recommend.

Worst service ever! Be ready to be there for at least 3 to 4 hours. Techs are very curt.

Just a heads-up about their calling system: Most likely you'll get a machine telling you that you are # so & so in the queue. Even though they have several employees answering the phone, it may take some time.....16 minutes for my call to be answered. It's extremely annoying. As for the place, it's usually okay with friendly staff, ( I've only had have one sour-faced intake lady) but the wait to be seen by the mammogram technician seems way too long to me. I'll keep going there as I trust them, but they could/should improve ... read more
