First I want to say I never put a bad review in my entire life . But the biopsy I had done at Radin Center gave me so much discomfort, stress and frustration that I feel I should share my experience with other women that might undergo this procedure. The biopsy was done by Dr Czaplicki , a nice , younger doctor , and it wasn’t painful at all . But even that he had the impression that my calcifications dissipate during lidocaine infiltration, suggesting beginning milk of calcium, he placed a metal titanium marker in my breast... read more
I am a breast cancer patient here and from day one they have been very supportive, thorough and prompt with all of my care needs. My team of doctors here saved my life and see me as a person. For anyone complaining about wait times or waiting for results be mindful that everyone is doing their job to the best of their ability and being thorough and giving accurate results or diagnosis and proper treatment is what is most important, not the wait time or how easy it is to find.
Just a heads-up about their calling patients in for their mammogram. Most likely you'll get a machine telling you that you are # so & so in the queue. Even though they have several employees answering phones, it may take some time.....16 minutes for my call to be answered. It's extremely annoying. As for the place, it's usually okay with friendly staff, (I've only had have one sour-faced intake lady) but the wait to be seen by the mammogram technician seems way too long to me. This facility is very disappointing and incredibly difficult to work with. I have had to go back and forth with them three times over the past 1.5 years just to have an opportunity to have a follow-up exam completed that was recommended by one of their radiologist. I do not recommend.
