It’s gravely concerning that there is no system in place to promptly accommodate women with a history of breast cancer who have been called back in for additional mammography and ultrasound. I waited six full weeks to be able to return and when I made my appointment was not offered an option to be placed in a wait list, even though I asked. I was able to stay focused and peaceful during this long wait but know many for whom this would have been a living hell. I have had mammograms here for probably 15 + years. Each year everyone has been so professional, friendly , and kind. Earlier this year, I had a mammogram come back abnormal. From my January visit to my recent biopsy in March of this year, the care and kindness has been phenomenal. Every single person throughout my journey of the past three months has been amazing. First I want to say I never put a bad review in my entire life . But the biopsy I had done at Radin Center gave me so much discomfort, stress and frustration that I feel I should share my experience with other women that might undergo this procedure. The biopsy was done by Dr Czaplicki , a nice , younger doctor , and it wasn’t painful at all . But even that he had the impression that my calcifications dissipate during lidocaine infiltration, suggesting beginning milk of calcium, he placed a metal titanium marker in my breast... read more

I am a breast cancer patient here and from day one they have been very supportive, thorough and prompt with all of my care needs. My team of doctors here saved my life and see me as a person. For anyone complaining about wait times or waiting for results be mindful that everyone is doing their job to the best of their ability and being thorough and giving accurate results or diagnosis and proper treatment is what is most important, not the wait time or how easy it is to find.
