RecommendedMy dad finally agreed to a second opinion for his condition .. saw Dr. Tapia.. he listened thoroughly throughout the visit, addressed his issues, scheduled testing, made medication changes..etc .. and my dad now is able to walk without becoming short of breathe and his quality of life has improved. I am very thankful for the care he received!
Got here at 11:10am for an 11:30am appointment...it's currently after 12:30 pm and I'm still sitting here. Waiting. A half hour ago I got up and asked the front desk if the tech people knew I was here...and of course they said yes, it'll just be a few more minutes, she said...you're an add on. Whatever the hell that means. So I sat down and continued to wait. Fast-forward 30 minutes and the same front desk person asks, excuse me, what's your name again? Waited 1-1/2 hours in a very crowded non-social distanced waiting room 😡🤬 for Dr. Morris today and he rushed us out within 15 minutes. He had no apology or comment. We were in the new building on Burdett Avenue in Troy, a true disaster. The building is smaller, therefore denser and unacceptable. The “offices” are moveable walls and don’t go up to the ceiling. No HIPPA here! Not going back there again!
