I had my facial with Michelle on Wednesday, and I have truly never experienced customer service and care at this level. She went above and beyond in every way possible — attentive, professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. I couldn't recommend the training here enough. I've taken multiple skincare courses at Marjorie B's over the past year and keep finding myself coming back to learn more. Michelle is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable about products, treatments, skin concerns and anything else under the sun. I visited Marjory B to purchase skin care products and for a spa facial. I experienced friendly and knowledgeable staff, quality products, and a facial with all the little extras that made it a 5-star experience.
