Dr. Gurvich was very easy to talk to. She explained what she was going to do and answered questions I had with easy explainable answers. She made me feel like she was a professional at what she was doing. The computers went down just when I was leaving, but I needed a note saying I was there. She had no problem saying she would write it out and sign it. She didn't make me feel like she was rushing me out. I will definitely be going back for my next appointment.
