The staff were very friendly and supportive, and the doctor took great care of me. I had a really positive experience overall. The costs were clearly explained upfront, which made me feel at ease and much less afraid of going to the dentist. Highly recommended!
Dr. Suelle took the time to walk me through everything happening in my mouth before recommending anything — no pressure or upselling, just a clear picture of what needed attention now versus what could wait. I left with a full written plan, priorities laid out clearly, and no weird surprise costs. Genuinely can’t recommend this practice enough!
Dr Min and her team are brilliant, friendly, made me feel very comfortable, especially as an extremely nervous patient. I travel from Bathurst to Tamworth regularly for work, and Dr Min is my new favourite dentist.
