After a visit here for a small issue with our dog we were charged an excessive amount for two quick visits and a small tube of ointment, I rang an asked the incredibly rude receptionist if I could speak to the vet to clarify the cost and see if it was correct , I was told the vet had no interest in talking to me and they do not have to explain themselves to me and to just go elsewhere ! Be very careful of this place .

AVOID THIS PLACE! Excessive billing and terrible staff! I paid $630 for my dachshund to get some medicine for an ear infection. When we questioned the price and asked for the vet to explain why so expensive, we were told “we don’t know what we are talking about” and “don’t bring the dog back”. Disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. Please save yourself the trouble and expense and AVOID.
A huge big thank you to the staff! I’ll be forever grateful for the fantastic care they had for Archie. Such amazing care and making sure Archie got lots of cuddles during his stay, I loved the feedback I received while he was in care.
