She's wonderful with a top-notch staff & these stars are actually 10.
She canceled on me 4 times. I am new to the pump and need help. When I called her office for help they told me to set my basil rates, which being new I didn’t know how to do. They told me to call Tandem if I didn’t understand. I have asked for insulin to be refilled which doesn’t happen. I have had to call my primary doctor to refill my insulin. She is the most uncaring doctor I have ever been to. She doesn’t deserve the one star I had to leave.
Very knowledgable. Very friendly and thorough. I have deen her before and csme back when my insurance allowwd me to.
The office staff was nice but she must be a rather new Dr. to CHI as she didn’t even really read the referral from my sleep Dr. As she stated I’m not really sure why you was referred to me. Did absolutely no reading up about me as a patient and definitely will not see her again was kind of a waste of time
