Canceled on me 4 times. I am new to the pump and need help. When I called their office they would read off basil rates and tell me to call Tandem if I didn’t understand how to set them up in my pump.I have asked them to call in my insulin which they failed to do. I had to go through my primary doctor to get insulin. If I could put no stars I would. Worthless uncaring doctor.
