Maritza helped my wife and I move from Cherry Creek to the country in Parker at Pradera. She is a wonderful person, who is very trust worthy. She is attentive to detail, listens extremely well to what you are looking for and is efficient with your time when looking for homes. Maritza was a good negotiator and stayed on top of all details until we we closed. I would highly recommend Maritza for any home purchase.
