Very Professional
A botched surgery with this doctor, two procedures done: septoplasty and turbinate reduction. I had concerns about the airway still being restricted in my right nostril after five months of surgery. I found the appointment extremely frustrating. The doctor listened to my concerns but dismissed them. She inserted a camera into my nose to demonstrate her work, but she found no issues with her procedure. She then stick these pliers in my nose to open my nostril.
