I’ve had quite a few problems with this vet but have kept quiet and always come back because it’s close to my house and my dog seems to love the staff. However this was the second time in a row they dropped the ball regarding my dog’s blood work and that was it for me. Last year they failed to tell me that his thyroid panel was time sensitive, meaning he has to take his medicine 4-6 hours before he has the blood work done, or the blood work wouldn’t be valid. Had to renew my dog’s flea & tick medication after moving to the area. Dr. Mann and the staff were great with my dog, and she followed up immediately with contacts on where to volunteer as a therapy dog. Much appreciated!
I was immediately put at ease by the cleanliness and friendliness of the office and staff. Doctor Roller was so helpful, answered every question and put my mind at ease. She is absolutely on the same page as myself and unapologetically puts my cats well being and comfort at the top of the list. They follow up, are thoroughly helpful and my cat liked them (which I promise is no small feat)
Wonderful and very professional attention. As always, my dogs love going to this vet.
Highly recommended, my dogs recommend them too!
