We rented for a year in Lake Labadie with no issues. It was a good place to rent while we’re building a new home!
We have been here going on 2 yrs and Maritz has been great. We don't have to call on them often but when we do they are in contact asap and problems or questions are taken care of. Always friendly and timely.
We loved our time renting from Maritz! Really like that everything is done via online/app and they get back to you quickly if you have anything you need help with. Neighborhood (Holtgrewe farms) was amazing and super kid/dog friendly.
