Staff is friendly and François really take carea of you and won't stop until he finds what is good for you.
Gave us a dirty machine for evaluation then give us a new machine thinking good it,s new the next day ask for mask and get there to get a open bag with hair on the mask ,went back in and told her about it ,she replied it must be my hair ,then i replied your blond and it,s a black hair ,she didn’t seem impressed,neither was i ,so brought back the machine and ill go somewhere els.(there didn’t seemed to care to much if it was clean or not.
Clean and professional but pricing is outrageous. Mentioned that I was from out of town and I was charged more than twice the cost as I found the same product elsewhere. I did a bit more homework and was even able to find the same product and part number even cheaper!! It was blamed on increases due from Covid. How come no one else had those excessive increases? Unfortunately, this is what happens when you are stuck, as is the case for me. I just hope I can help someone else avoid being overcharged by a minimum of 105%.
Absolutely fantastic clinic, staff are very knowledgeable in their field. Great caring staff, I feel so much healthier with the suggested equipment and treatment received at this clinic. Highly recommended.
