Called two days in a row...no answer. Left a message that we could nt figure the use of the device and the lady called back saying she never received the device back that she needed when she came in at 8h30. I was there at 8h15 to make sure I d be there to drop it off and she wasn't t there until almost 8h40 So I was not impressed. Not only was she late ....no one even bothered to check how it went
