Terrible customer service, and was never called back to schedule an appointment
Unfortunately, what others are saying is true: it is difficult to get in touch with somebody, and results are not delivered within the estimated 3-4 weeks. It doesn't seem to matter what time of the day you call or whether you leave a message. You may wish to try elsewhere.
Be prepared to have to be the one calling for your results and pushing for appointments. Even if they have your information/results they don’t call you. I find their customer service is atrocious. One person is expected to man the phones, do appointments and deal with walk in customers. When you have a customer in front of you at the desk, you ignore the phone.
