Called the clinic after sending an email and no reply - I had the most awful service from the reception desk. Refusing clients should not be met with blatant carelessness and disregard, certainly when dealing with people who are at their lowest. For whoever needs mental health treatment, I suggest calling another clinic.

Its organized, clean, calm and functional. The services I receive are phenomenal and genuinely helpful. The only deduction is that it is up a flight of stairs and not accessible on low mobility days. Although that is modified through virtual sessions being an option.
