Fast, friendly and cleaned up completely
I was very happy with the service & installation from Maritime Fireplaces. The installers worked seamlessly with the Electricians & Carpenter and they were polite, friendly, fast and efficient. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Maritime Fireplaces.
I was shopping for an electric fireplace, but there was no way to view some of the features. I saw a couple that I liked, but not being able to view the features was a bit frustrating. The staff were quiet and some of them didn’t engage when I initiated conversation. The atmosphere in the store was a somewhat cold!
Absolutely outstanding customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
From my first phone call to the last. The service was beyond my expectations. Big thanks to Sarah and Charline and to the installers. Their attention to detail is amazing. They all went above and beyond. Thank you Loving my TN20 wood stove :)
