Went there today, had terrible service from the front desk lady. Haven’t talked to anyone so rude in customer service in a while. Decided to take my business elsewhere where.

Edit one month later** kinda sad that nobody reached out to find out what happened. If it was my company, I would want to know right away Not sure if the lady that helped me was having a bad day but it's been a long time since I've had such horrible customer service

Had placed a special order for a project I was doing at home. The staff who helped me were very kind in helping me get the things I needed based on what was on the list for the projects website. I left my name and email as well as number to be informed when it was ready and I was told it would be roughly a week. A week and a half passes with no contact so I give them a call and it's still not ready. Roughly a month passes and I call back asking if it's ready and some of the order is ready but not the rest. The manager is a bully and extremely rude!!! I have never been so belittled....
