Absolutely dishonest company. I had a leak last weekend and I called them they said they’ll be at my house to fix the leak. They collected my debit card details and took money right away even before showing up. They sent a man to my house and he told us that he doesn’t have the right tools to fix the leak. He said the company only gives the tool needed to a few employees and they keep them in their vans at home. He apologized and told us that we won’t be charged since he didn’t do the job. I’ve had Maritime energy for years now they’re always very responsive when it comes to filling your oil this year. I had them work on my furnace and they did a good job. They came on time and everything was taken care of correctly.
I finally got out. I left them. I joined Haskell much better so far. If you're reading this run away from maritime energy Go literally anywhere else for your heating needs
Not sure what the business manager problem is. Back during the deep freeze, my elderly handicapped aunt's water stopped. They would only respond to heating issues. After calling multiple maritime offices finally reached manager Steve. Took a while for him to schedule an appointment for Feb 14 between 10 to 12.
