Great service staff and will always come to service my Trax after buying my car from Mark John. Every time I come in for any kind of service Mr. John is always attentive and goes out his way to make sure my visit is good and I’m taken good care of.
Maritime's service center is top notch! Always upfront about pricing and my truck is always ready well before the estimated time. They even drive me to work if I need a ride. I highly recommend!
I easily made an appointment with the service center on the phone. They took my car on time when I dropped it off and gave me a ride home. Throughout the day, the service center kept me updated about how my vehicle’s diagnostics and subsequent repairs were going. My car was repaired properly and in a timely manner for me to go to work the next day
Update: Downgrading to one star. I called Ralph as requested, left a message, gave him days to call me back, he never did. I followed up, he was confused didn't know what I was talking about. Ralph did not provide any resolution just excuses in my opinion. He could have easily acknowledged, apologized, and maybe offered a partial credit towards a future service. I asked the price for an oil and fuel filter change beforehand. my VIN # was taken to look up the parts. i was told $200 out the door. the bill came out to more than... read more
