Will visit, but not buy. We were invited to The Maritime by some friends who owned a unit/week. It is an oceanfront timeshare, but they also rent rooms out like a hotel. The Maritime has several types of units- studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. It has recently been renovated which looks nice- very tropical. It is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach near Main Street. This area is in contrast to Myrtle Beach where it can get loud and crazy in the summertime.
