These guys are crooks. I ordered a rear bumper for my Toyota. When I opened the box they had accidently shipped me a front bumper. Simple exchange, right? Nope. Because it was beyond their arbitrary 30-day policy before I'd even gotten around to opening the package to install the bumper they said it couldn't be returned. I tried to get the general manager involved who refused to answer 5 separate phone and email messages over the course of several months. Super easy to deal with, would definitely buy from them again, prices are a little steep but their great customer service makes up for it!
