My friend lives there they a lot of kids and you can walk to the skatepark, YMCA, middle school and other
If only the office actually did it's job and send workers to the apartments
Stayed here a short while and knew a few people living here. Would not recommend. Built over a filled in marshland so the area is always filling with water. The location is one of the lowest in the are so all water flows that way, especially in rainy season. During the dry season we always had fleas.
They took me off the list 4 different times by stating that I never filled out the application when in fact I did 4 different times. They are very unorganized. They call themselves low income housing for people in need, but yet they actually deny a lot of them.
Nothing gets fixed when needed I still have the same stuff broken from when I moved in. In February
