We made an online appointment and received the confirmation for March 5. on the day of the appointment, after driving 40 minutes, we were informed at the clinic that the appointment had been canceled and would only have a vacancy for July. They informed us that a message was sent, but I showed the cell phone where only the SMS and the confirmation email appeared, but nothing was done. Nor in apology.
