1st appt I felt I was not listened to and when I repeated myself I detected sarcasm. 2nd appt was treated to rudeness immediately upon entering the room followed by accusations of scheduling only a 20 minute appt and being an overwhelming patient. I identified that I did not schedule the appt, her staff did and her aggravation level rose. I don't expect to return and wont recommended. That said, this is an amazing office in general.
