My mom has been in Maristone Assisted Living for 7 months and we are super pleased with the facility and with the care she is receiving. She is in a wheelchair and has dementia. The nurses and staff call me often to keep me updated on medication or health issues, and regarding any concerns they may have. Unfortunately, my experience with Maristone staff was nothing short of dreadful on multiple occasions. My mother had a stroke, and I needed to find respite care for her. Initially, I placed her in the memory care unit, but that only lasted one day due to the terrifying and unacceptable conditions. I then moved her to the assisted living side, where I visited daily to keep an eye on the staff and how they treated the residents. I have worked with Tina the new ED at Maristone for over 5 years; she is a beautiful person that truly takes care of the residents. Her genuine concern shows in every aspect. Proud to work with her and very glad she is back to this facility

As a staff member at Maristone of Franklin, I can honestly say this is one of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of working. The environment here is incredibly supportive, not only for the residents but also for the staff. Management is always approachable and genuinely cares about both employees and residents.
